- Übernahme der laufenden Buchhaltung für den Standort in Deutschland (vom Standort Wien aus)
- Rechnungserstellung
- Erstellung der deutschen Rohbilanz für die Steuerberatung
- Vorbereitung der Personalverrechnung von ca. 40 Mitarbeitenden (z.B. Unterstützung beim Thema Zeiterfassung sowie im Rahmen der Systemumstellung)
- Unterstützung bei Konsolidierungsagenden sowie Mitarbeit am Ausbau des Controllings und der Kostenrechnung
- Aktive Teilnahme an der Umstellung des ERP-Systems und der laufenden Prozessoptimierung
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, o.Ä.) sowie abgeschlossenes Buchhaltungsdiplom
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- idealerweise abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsausbildung und/oder praktische Erfahrung in der (vorbereitenden) Personalverrechnung
- Kenntnis der deutschen Buchhaltungs- und Personalverrechnungsvorschriften sind ein großes Plus (können aber auch im Rahmen der Rolle erlernt werden)
- gutes Verständnis für Finanzprozesse und das Interesse über den Tellerrand zu blicken und aktiv Mitzugestalten
- Flexibilität, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hoher Lernwille
