- Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger Vergütungssysteme
- Erstellung diverser Auswertungen, Analysen und Präsentationen
- Sparring Partner:in für Vergütungsthemen für relevante Stakeholder
- Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung der Compensation-Prozesse
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Comp&Ben, HR Controlling/Analytics, Personalverrechnung inhouse oder im Consulting
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Excel & PowerPoint sowie generelle Affinität für IT-Tools
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
- Flexible und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
