Um das Team in Österreich auszubauen, suchen wir einen technisch versierten Consultant für MS Dynamics CRM (w/m/x).
In dieser Rolle sind Sie in Projektsettings aus Consultant, Projektmanager, Solution Architect und Developern integriert und sind der technische Berater für das CRM-System Microsoft Dynamics 365 für Ihre Kunden im Großraum Wien.
Sie erheben die IST-Situation und Needs der Kunden rund um MSD365 und erarbeiten ein maßgeschneidertes Implementierungskonzept - dabei sind Sie DER Experte und zeigen Ihren Kunden den Weg zur Lösung.
50% Ihrer Tätigkeit sind Sie in der technischen Umsetzung vom Requirements Engineering, Implementierung, Customizing, Konfigurationen, Verfassen von Dokumentationen und Use Cases bis zum Erarbeiten und Abhalten von Key-User Schulungen zuständig.
Ihr Kunde hat Fragen, Anliegen oder am besten noch weitere Produktwünsche? - Dann sind Sie am Zug :-)
- Für diese Rolle sind eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle als Projektmanager/Consultant/Applikationsmanager im Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM unerlässlich
- Kenntnisse von zumindest zwei CRM-Modulen im Bereich Sales, Customer Service, Customer Engagement oder Marketing
- Erfahrung mit Großprojekten sowie mit agiler Arbeitsweise
- Zertifizierung(en) für das CRM-System MSD365 ist/sind erwünscht
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
