- Zuständigkeit für Controlling Tätigkeiten mehrere Wirtschaftsbetriebe verschiedener Bereiche (z.B. Verwaltung, Biowärme, Forstwirtschaft, etc.)
- Erstellen von Ad-Hoc-Analysen (bspw. Make-or-Buy) und (Quartals-)Berichten mittels Power BI
- Mitarbeit an der Budgetplanung und dem Jahresabschluss
- Durchführung von Kostenanalysen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit einzelnen Fachabteilungen sowie der Buchhaltung
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Kennzahlensystems und der vorhandenen Reporting-Struktur sowie Mitarbeit bei strategischen Projekten
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, FH, Universität, o.Ä.)
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling sowie fundiertes Verständnis für Prozesse im Finanzbereich
- Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B.: Power BI) sowie gute MS Office Skills (insbesondere Excel)
- ausgeprägte IT-Affinität sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
