Als Enterprise Software Architect agierest du in der international verteilten Entwicklungsumgebung weltweit als rechte Hand des Global Head of SW-Development.

Du übernimmst die Architekturverantwortung für ein Produktportfolio von aktuell knapp 100 Kundenanwendungen, die weltweit zum Einsatz kommen. Die Anwendungen reichen von monolithischen On-Prem-Produkten bis zu hochmodernen serviceorientierten und verteilten Cloud-Services.
In der Rolle als Enterprise Architects hast du sowohl die technisch-konzeptionelle als auch organisatorische Ebene im Überblick. Während du bspw. die modulare Informationsarchitektur mit Anwendungs- und Systemarchitekten (der jeweiligen Solutions) challengst, unterstützt du den Global Head of SWE in der Ausrichtung sowie Optimierung der Geschäftsarchitektur der Organisation.
Du gestaltest so die laufende Transformation - hin in Richtung einer noch stärker skalierungs- und modularisierungsfähigen Gesamtsystemarchitektur mit DevOps- und SaaS-Services mit. Aus architektonischer Sicht orientierst du dich dabei insbesondere an ISAQB.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior, Principal oder Enterprise Architect in einer komplexen Entwicklungsumgebung
Fundiertes und tiefgehendes Verständnis von Architekturprinzipien - in technisch-konzeptionellen Aspekten ebenso wie in organisatorisch-methodischen
Lösungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfertigkeiten und Geschick im Stakeholder-Management
Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch ist von Vorteil)
Bereitschaft 2 - 3 Tage die Woche in Graz zu verbringen (Unterbringung wird organisiert)
Internationale Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10 %

Fachexpert:innen im Architekturmanagement von Softwareentwicklungsumgebungen finden hier eine Aufgabe, wie sie selten zu finden ist. Neben dieser inhaltlich herausfordernden Gestaltungsaufgabe kannst du auf die volle Unterstützung deines Vorgesetzten und die Zukunftsfähigkeit des Unternehmens vertrauen.

Für die Position ist ein Jahresbruttozielgehalt ab 100.000,- EUR vorgesehen. Abhängig von beruflicher Vorerfahrung und Passung zum Wunschprofil besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
