Leitung der Technikabteilung: Sicherstellung von Onboarding und Qualifizierung
Technische Verantwortung: Treffen von Entscheidungen bei technischen Angelegenheiten und operative Unterstützung des Teams
Kundenberatung: Unterstützung des Vertriebs beim Erkennen von Marktpotenzial und technische Beratung der Kunden
Kapazitäts- & Risikomanagement: Planung von Ressourcen und Auslastung sowie Durchführung von Risikoanalysen
Prozess- & Qualitätssteuerung: Steuerung und Optimierung technischer Kennzahlen, Prozesse und Abläufe
Schnittstellenmanagement & Eskalationen: Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Kollegen

Abgeschlossenes technisches Masterstudium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Metallurgie oder vergleichbar)
Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen der Bahnbranche oder in einer verwandten Industrie mit Fokus auf Kleinserienfertigung.
Führungserfahrung oder mehrjährige Projektleitung mit lateraler Verantwortung
Tiefgehendes Expertenwissen in der Entwicklungskonstruktion
Hohe Eigenmotivation, Zielorientierung und klare, wertschätzende Kommunikation
