Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll

Sie stellen den stabilen Betrieb des ERP-Systems AP+ sicher und treiben Verbesserungen und Erweiterungen aktiv voran.
Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu einem externen Dienstleister, der das Customizing umsetzt – Anforderungen nehmen Sie auf, priorisieren diese und begleiten die Umsetzung fachlich.
Sie analysieren Fehler, koordinieren Lösungen und übernehmen den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für die Anwender:innen.
Sie schulen Kolleg:innen, erstellen praxisnahe Dokumentationen und bearbeiten Supportanfragen strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
Sie koordinieren Systemerweiterungen, begleiten Tests und sorgen für eine reibungslose Implementierung.

Erfahrung als Consultant, Applikationsbetreuer oder Key-User im ERP Bereich - idealerweise mit AP+, dies ist aber kein Muss, auch Erfahrung mit anderen Systemen ist sehr willkommen
Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder IT-Ausbildung
Fortgeschrittenes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
Kommunikative und proaktive Persönlichkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
