- Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems
- 2nd Level Support mittels Ticketsystem
- Erarbeitung von relevanten Change Requests und deren Umsetzung
- Monitoring der weiteren Schnittstellen und Subsysteme wie SAP oder CRM
- Auswertungen mittels Power BI
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Studium, IT-Lehre)
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Power BI sowie DAX wäre ein Plus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
