• Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikationskanäle und -medien (Viva Engage, SharePoint, Newsletter, Intranet, etc.)
• Konzeption, Recherche und Umsetzung von Inhalten und Aktivitäten
• Eigenständiges Verfassen von Artikeln in englischer Sprache
• Durchführung von Umfragen sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen aus den Ergebnissen
• Koordination und Abstimmung der Inhalte mit Kolleg:innen aus dem Marketing und anderen Fachbereichen sowie dem Management

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften, Journalismus, Marketing o. Ä.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit interner Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld
• Ausgezeichnete sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Workplace-Tools und Plattformen
