Gesamtverantwortung für die operative und kaufmännische Führung (P&L) – mit klarem Fokus auf Vertrieb und Wachstum
Persönliche Betreuung ausgewählter Key Accounts gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb
Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von rund 15 Mitarbeitenden
Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen
Evaluation und ggf. Optimierung des Produktportfolios, aktive Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung, Erkennen von Wachstumspotentialen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Konzernzentrale sowie internationalen Schwestergesellschaften

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer generalistischen oder vertriebsnahen Leitungsfunktion im technischen B2B-Umfeld
Technische und/oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL o. ä.)
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung von Kunden, Märkten und Teams
Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
Ausgeprägte Vertriebs-, Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
