Unser Kunde ist eine renommierte österreichische Beratungsorganisation mit knapp 200 Mitarbeiter:innen, viele davon echte Spezialist:innen in Ihrem Fachbereich. Wesentliche Stütze des operativen Geschäftsbetriebes ist eine hochzuverlässige und kosteneffiziente IT, deren Leitung aufgrund einer anstehenden Pensionierung neu zu besetzen ist.

Fokusthema dieser IT-Leitung ist die Sicherstellung und Optimierung eines effektiven, kosteneffizienten und modernen IT-Betriebs, der von den Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräften als wesentliche Stütze des Beratungsgeschäftes verstanden wird. Der aktuelle Stelleninhaber wird Sie in den Monaten bis zu seinem Pensionsantritt mit allen technischen und organisatorischen Informationen ausstatten, um die IT-Organisation weiter erfolgreich managen zu können. Dazu zählen u.a. folgende Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung eines hochverfügbaren IT-Betriebs (Infrastruktur + Applikationen) mit klaren Zuständigkeiten und dennoch pragmatischen Lösungsansätzen. Dabei nehmen Sie insbesondere die Support-Abdeckung außerhalb der Kernzeiten sowie ein effizientes Incident, Vendor und Asset Management in den Fokus.
Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen, gut eingespielten IT-Teams. Als Playing Captain des Teams wirken Sie im operativen Doing mit und nehmen Ihre Kollegen "mit" in neue Themen- und Verantwortungsbereiche.
Als Teil des IT-Lenkungskreises (4 Wochen) planen Sie größere Systemumstellungen, evaluieren neue Technologien (bspw. Einsatzmöglichkeiten von KI) sowie eingesteuerte Demands aus den Fachbereichen und einigen sich gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung auf eine Roadmap zur Umsetzung.

Mehrjährige IT-Leitungserfahrung im KMU-Bereich bzw. in einer Hands-on-IT-Leitung - idealerweise im Dienstleistungs- oder Beratungsgeschäft
Fortgeschrittenes generalistisches IT-Know-how - sowohl in technischen Aspekten auf v.a. MS-Systemtechnologien (Client, Server, Netzwerk, Security + Standard-Applikationen) als auch in Organisations- und Prozessfragen (Vendor Management, SLAs, SIEM, etc.)
Hohe Serviceorientierung, Konitinuität im Werdegang sowie einen gesunden Pragmatismus in der Lösungsfindung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
