- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines 4-köpfigen Teams sowie 4 externer Partner:innen
- Steuerung des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus (Analyse, Design, Entwicklung, Testing, Bugfixing)
- Leitung von Projekten wie Software-Refactoring und Einführung von DevOps-Prozessen
- Einführung strukturierter Softwareentwicklungsprozesse
- Anteiliges hands-on Development von ca. 40% im PHP und Python Umfeld
- Organisation des 2nd Level Supports
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Fundierte technische Ausbildung (Universität, Fachhochschule)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Führungserfahrung von agilen Software Development Teams
- Expertise in DevOps und der Etablierung neuer Prozesse
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in Architektur sowie Smart Home oder Energietechnik
