In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position leistest du einen aktiven Beitrag zur Resilienz und Sicherheit eines systemrelevanten Unternehmens, das im Bereich kritischer Infrastruktur operiert und höchste Maßstäbe in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umwelt setzt.
Du arbeitest unmittelbar an der Weiterentwicklung des Krisen- und Notfallmanagements mit, gestaltest Sicherheitskonzepte mit und unterstützt bei Audits und der Umsetzung technischer und organisatorischer Sicherheitsmaßnahmen. Darüber hinaus begleitest du zentrale Programme im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement und bringst dich in übergreifende HSEQ-Initiativen ein.
Dabei bist du nicht nur koordinative Schnittstelle im Hintergrund, sondern wirkst auch operativ an sicherheitsrelevanten Entscheidungen mit – etwa im Rahmen des Krisenstabs, bei der Alarmierungsstruktur (FACT24) oder bei der Evaluierung von Notfallinfrastrukturen wie Krisenräumen und Kommunikationsmitteln.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Security Management, Krisen- und Katastrophenschutz oder einem vergleichbaren sicherheitsrelevanten Fachbereich (FH/Uni, ab Bachelor-Level)
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil – aber keine Voraussetzung
- Organisationsgeschick und Interesse an systematischem Arbeiten in einem strukturierten Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung, Hands-on-Mentalität und Kommunikationsfreude
