Du betreust für zugeordnete Kunden aus dem asiatischen Raum den Vertriebsprozess von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Auftragsabwicklung. Dabei unterstützt du die Regional Managerin und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und eine hohe Servicequalität:

Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen
Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen im CRM- und ERP-System
Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung mit Logistik, Produktion, Supply Chain und Finance
Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Bearbeitung von Änderungen oder Reklamationen
Sicherstellung effizienter und regelkonformer interner Vertriebsprozesse

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Sales, SCM o.Ä.
Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder einer anderen Rolle mit Kundenbetreuung (B2B)
Versiert im Umgang mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office
Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf mindestens B2-Level (Kenntnisse asiatischer Sprachen sind ein Plus)
