In dieser Rolle analysierst du Zahlungsprozesse und leitest daraus die digitale Darstellung des Mahnwesens und der Inkassoprozesse ab. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Implementierung der definierten Prozesse in die jeweiligen Inkasso-Systeme
- Anforderungsmanagement und Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen
- Erstellung und Präsentation von Reports
- Definition von KPI's für das Prozesscontrolling
- Priorisierung von Anfragen und Incidents
- Fallweise Übernahme des Projektleads für Systemeinführungen
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Prozessmanagement oder Business Analyse
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Bezug (Lehre, HAK/HTL, FH/Uni)
- Empathische und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist
- Erfahrung im Inkasso, Finanzwesen, Banken- oder E-Commerce Umfeld von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrung mit Prozesstools (bspw. MS Visio oder Camunda)
- Kenntnisse in SQL oder Power BI sind ein Plus
- Gestalte Projekte in einem modernen und agilen Umfeld von Anfang an mit
