Gesamtverantwortung der IT sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der IT-Strategie
Personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Leitung von 11 Personen
Steuerung der geplanten Digitialisierungsvorhaben und Großprojekte (z.B SAP HANA Umstellung)
Sicherstellung einer modernen, sicheren und skalierbaren IT-Infrastruktur
Netzwerk, Hard- und Softwarebetreuung
Steigerung der Effizienz der eingesetzten IT-Systeme

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Lehre, HTL, Fachhochschule/Uni)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Bereich, in einem produzierendem Unternehmen oder Handelsunternehmen
Führungserfahrung wird vorausgesetzt
Erfahrung in der Einleitung und Umsetzung umfassender Transformations-Projekte
Kenntnisse innovativer Technologien sowie Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
Hands-On Mentalität und hohe Serviceorientierung
Selbstständiger und genauer Arbeitsstil

Für die Position ist ein Jahresbruttozielgehalt ab 120.000,- EUR (Fixum + Bonus) vorgesehen. Abhängig von beruflicher Vorerfahrung und Passung zum Wunschprofil besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
