In deiner neuen Rolle bist du Teil des Betriebsteams und kümmerst dich um Themen, die VoIP bzw. Telefonielösungen betreffen. Die Basis bilden Linuxsysteme und eine virtualisierte Umgebung:

3rd Level Support und Applikationsbetreuung
Ticket Management, Troubleshooting und Loganalyse
Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern
Durchführung von Upgrades

Egal, ob du frisch die Ausbildung (IT-Lehre / HTL o.Ä.) abgeschlossen hast oder schon mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich mitbringst - neben deiner Leidenschaft für Technik überzeugst du uns mit folgenden Punkten:

Fundiertes Wissen und Erfahrung im Linuxbereich
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Netzwerk- und/oder Telekommunikationsbereich
