- Begleitung und Beratung der Fachbereiche bei Lizenzanschaffungen
- Monitoring und Analyse der bestehenden IT-Verträge
- Prozesstracking und Verantwortung für die inhaltliche Prüfung von Tools
- Prüfung aller Lizenzen/Verträge auf Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Vertragsverhandlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung
- Abschluss in einem IT-Studium (Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- ITIL Prozesskenntnisse und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im Lizenzmanagement, Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SAP sowie Power BI
- Empathische und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Genauigkeit und Geduld
