In dieser neu geschaffenen Position leitest du Projekte rund um die Implementierung und Optimierung einer IT-Lösung bei Kunden. Um eine erfolgreiche Vernetzung zu gewährleisten und die Digitalisierung voranzutreiben, übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der Kunden (im Gesundheitsbereich) bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Workflows
- Schulung interner Mitarbeiter und Vertriebsteams zur Verbesserung des IT-Verständnisses
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Ärzten, Medizintechnikern und IT-Teams
- Leitung von Projekten zur Förderung der Digitalisierung
Neben einem abgeschlossenem Studium (Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management oder einem verwandten Bereich) bringst du folgendes mit:
- Fundierte mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
- Solide IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Bezug auf IT-Infrastruktur, Datenmanagement und Systemintegration
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke um auch komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu präsentieren
- Motivation, Leidenschaft für Digitalisierung und die Fähigkeit mit Widerständen unterschiedlicher Stakeholder umzugehen
- Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 50%) in Österreich, der Schweiz und Südosteuropa
