Dieser Kunde beschäftigt sich innerhalb der IT-Dienstleistung mit IT-Lösungen, beginnend von IT-Consulting, IT-Audits, IT-Services sowie IT-Projekten und befindet sich auf konstanten Wachstumskurs. Sei ein Teil dieser Bewegung und entwickle dich weiter, ab sofort, 38,5h in Vollzeitanstellung.

In dieser Rolle bist du für die eigenständige Umsetzung von IT-Projekten bei neuen und bestehenden Kunden verantwortlich. Idealerweise bringst du schon einige Erfahrung als Senior System Engineer mit oder bist ein System Engineer auf dem Sprung in eine Senior Rolle.

Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für die Projekte und setzt das Projekt auch vor Ort um. Neben einem laufenden IT-Projekt unterstützt du das Team in der Betreuung der bestehenden IT-Anlagen im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support.

Eigenverantwortliche und eigenständische Umsetzung von IT-Projekten bei KMU-Kunden inklusive Betreuung der Windows Server-Infrastruktur
2nd- & 3rd-Level-Support im Server-, Firewall- und Netzwerkbereich
Analyse von Kundensystemen, Ausarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und technischen Konzepten
Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Fundierte Erfahrung in Microsoft Exchange/Microsoft 365/Windows Server
Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung, Backup und Netzwerktechnik
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Interesse und Bereitschaft an Weiterbildung
Führerschein der Klasse B - von Vorteil
