Wir sind auf der Suche nach Verstärkung für die Kolleg:innen in der Servicetechnik im Außendienst für Kunden im medizinischen Bereich. Als Expert:in bist du die erste Ansprechperson was IT-Komplettlösungen, Infrastruktur bis medizinischer Softwarelösungen, für eure Kunden betrifft. Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst dabei folgende Punkte:

Inbetriebnahme, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Infrastruktur, Software sowie Anbindung von Schnittstellen zu Drittsystemen
Erste Ansprechperson für Kunden hinsichtlich Lösungsfindung von 1st bis 3rd Level Support inkl. Bereitschaftsdienst im 8-Wochen-Rhythmus
Unterstützung und Schulung von medizinischem Personal im niedergelassenen Bereich
Reisetätigkeit im österreichweiten Außendienst von bis zu 80%

In diese Rolle wächst du schrittweise an der Seite deines Teams und Mentors heran, bis du eigenverantwortlich Kunden und Projekte übernehmen kannst. Sei mit deinem Einfühlungsvermögen, Klarheit und Lösungsorientierung bei technischen Fragen der Held der Stunde für alles, was das Technische in den Arztpraxen deiner Kunden betrifft!

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Uni/FH)
Einschlägige Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst, Netzwerktechnik oder Applikationsbetreuung erforderlich
Interesse für den technisch-medizinischen Bereich
Reisebereitschaft bis zu 80% österreichweit (überwiegend Tagesreisen) sowie Führerschein B
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Soft Skills: Serviceorientierung, analytisches sowie kühles Köpfchen, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und selbstsicheres Standing, Kommunikationsstärke, sowie Flexibilität, wenn ein Kunde kurzfristig Unterstützung braucht
