Lösen von komplexen Hardware- und Softwareproblemen.
Gestaltung und Vorbereitung moderner Arbeitsplätze.
Mitarbeit an spannenden IT-Projekten sowie gelegentliche Reisen an Standorte im Außland.

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre, HTL).
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support und Troubleshooting, idealerweise als IT-Allrounder.
Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Hardware, Software, MS-Server-Systemen und virtuellen Maschinen.
Erfahrung mit SAP und ServiceNow von Vorteil.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Teamgeist, Flexibilität, und eine analytische Denkweise.
