- Unterstützung des Teams im First-Level-Support bei IT-Infrastruktur, Maut und Verkehrsanlagen
- Troubleshooting und Annahme von Anfragen telefonisch, per E-Mail und via Alarmkonsole
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Einmeldungen im Ticketsystem sowie Koordination der internen und externen Instandhalter
- Erste Ansprechperson bei technischen und IT Störungen der Infrastruktur des Unternehmens
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT, Mechatronik oder Elektrobereich sowie erste Berufserfahrung (1-3) Jahre im Support
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kommunikative, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation und starkem Interesse an IT und Technik
