In deiner neuen Rolle bist du Teil eines 3-köpfigen Teams und übernimmst sowohl Support-Themen als auch Aufgaben im Backend. Dazu zählen folgende Bereiche:
- Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen, Netzwerken sowie Endgeräten
- Verwaltung von Active Directory, Benutzerkonten und Microsoft Exchange Server
- Betreuung von M365-Diensten
- Anpassung, Implementierung und regelmäßige Wartung von Software- und Hardwarelösungen
- Implementierung von MDM-Lösungen zur Verwaltung von Geräten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (HTL, Lehre etc.)
- Einschlägige, mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle und Knowhow rund um M365, AD etc.
- Einsatzbereitschaft und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
