Als IT Support Specialist sind Sie eigenverantwortlich der interne Ansprechpartner und unterstützen die IT-Bedürfnisse von hochrangigen Führungskräften und Vorstandsmitgliedern:


  • Verwalten der lokalen IT-Umgebung, einschließlich Netzwerken, Infrastruktur und Arbeitsstationen.
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von IT-Richtlinien und Dokumentation.
  • Bereitstellung von dediziertem Support und diskretem Management für VIP-Nutzer mit aktuellen Technologien.
  • Schulung der Nutzer in Cloud-Tools und Überwachung der Infrastruktur-Performance.
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in ähnlichen IT-Support-Rollen
  • Fortgeschrittene Hard- und Softwarekenntnisse
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch ist von Vorteil)
  • Fähigkeit, mit Führungskräften auf höchster Ebene umzugehen und unter Druck effektiv zu arbeiten
  • Führerschein
