- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für den IT-Support und hilfst überall dort, wo die User dich brauchen
- Du übernimmst das IT-seitige On- und Offboarding (Bereitstellung der Hard- und Software, Hilfestellung bei Useranfragen etc.)
- Du befasst dich mit IT-Fragen zu unternehmensspezifischer Software und O365
- Du betreust die Infrastruktur der Meetingräume und behältst den Überblick in der Netzwerktechnik (Patching, LANs)
- Du bist Teil eines internationalen Teams und ab und zu auch an anderen Standorten unterwegs
- Du bringst bereits umfassende IT-Support-Erfahrung mit und schupfst die oben genannten Themen voller Leidenschaft
