- Verstehen und Übersetzen der Kundenanforderungen: Du analysierst die IT-Infrastruktur des Kunden vor Ort (meist KMUs) oder basierend auf einem Audit, um deren Bedürfnisse präzise zu verstehen.
- Du sorgst während der Onboarding-Phase dafür, dass ein Kick-off Meeting mit der Technik stattfindet.
- Du hältst den Kunden stets über den Fortschritt der Projektphasen auf dem Laufenden.
- Du koordinierst Meetings zwischen Kunden und dem jeweiligen Team, um sicherzustellen, dass das Onboarding reibungslos voranschreitet.
- Design moderner IT-Architekturen: Du übersetzt diese Anforderungen in eine funktionale, sichere und wartungsfähige Systemarchitektur für Rechenzentren – ob On-Premise oder in der Cloud.
- Präsentation überzeugender IT-Lösungen: Du erstellst IT-Betriebskonzepte, Kostenkalkulationen und Lösungsvorschläge, die den Kunden begeistern und langfristigen Mehrwert schaffen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit dem Vertriebsteam und den Technikern, um den Kunden die besten Lösungen anzubieten.
- Technischer Ansprechpartner: Du stehst dem Kunden während des gesamten Projekts für technische Fragen zur Seite und trägst somit zur langfristigen Kundenbindung bei.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in der IT (Lehre, HTL, etc.)
- Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrungen & Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk-Infrastruktur, Server, IT-Security, Virtualisierung, heterogene Cloudlösungen, Microservice Architekturen oder SaaS-Strategien mit
