Hier bist du für die Gewährleistung eines stabilen Betriebs der Microsoft 365-Umgebung und aktive Mitgestaltung der Infrastrukturentwicklung verantwortlich. Du legst deinen Fokus auf Microsoft-Teams Telefonie und/oder Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/Intune. Dabei übernimmst du auch folgende Aufgaben:
- Verwaltung und Betreuung der Microsoft-basierten Systeme, einschließlich Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen: Migration zu Microsoft Teams, Integration von Atlassian-Tools, Umstellung auf Intune, Einführung von Client-Monitoring-Tools
- Enge Kooperation mit den IT-Teams im Bereich Netzwerk und Support
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern z.B. für Managed Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Mitwirkung an verschiedenen IT-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme
