Als IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/x) mit Fokus auf M365 & Power Platform bist du für die Gewährleistung eines stabilen Betriebs der Microsoft 365-Umgebung und aktive Mitgestaltung der Infrastrukturentwicklung verantwortlich. Dabei übernimmst du auch folgende Aufgaben:
- Verwaltung und Betreuung der Microsoft-basierten Systeme, einschließlich Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen auf der Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) zur Effizienzsteigerung interner Abläufe
- Enge Kooperation mit den IT-Teams im Bereich Netzwerk und Support
- Ansprechpartner/in für interne Power Platform-Anfragen und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops
- Mitwirkung an verschiedenen IT-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme
Neben einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (z.B. Lehre, Fachschule, HTL) und mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung bringst du folgendes mit:
- Solide Kenntnissen in der Administration von Microsoft 365-Komponenten wie Exchange, Teams und SharePoint
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Power Platform sowie in Windows Server- und Active Directory-Umgebungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte soziale Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie einer proaktive Einstellung
