Hier bist du für die Gewährleistung eines stabilen Betriebs der Microsoft 365-Umgebung und aktive Mitgestaltung der Infrastrukturentwicklung verantwortlich. Du legst deinen Fokus auf Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager und Intune und übernimmst dabei auch folgende Aufgaben:

Verwaltung und Betreuung der Microsoft-basierten Systeme, einschließlich Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint
Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen: Migration zu Microsoft Teams, Integration von Atlassian-Tools, Umstellung auf Intune, Einführung von Client-Monitoring-Tools
Enge Kooperation mit den IT-Teams im Bereich Netzwerk und Support
Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern z.B. für Managed Security Operations Center (SOC)
Mitwirkung an verschiedenen IT-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme

Neben einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (z.B. Lehre, Fachschule, HTL) und mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung bringst du folgendes mit:

Praktische Erfahrung in der Microsoft-Administration, einschließlich M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, Windows-Diensten und Windows-Serveradministration
Erfahrung in einer Enterprise-Infrastruktur
Kenntnisse rund um Azure Sentinel von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte soziale Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine proaktive Einstellung
