Du betreust die Server Umgebung für Kunden
Du erkennst mögliche Systemausfälle im Vorhinein durch engmaschiges Monitoring und stellst somit ein stabiles und effizientes Service sicher
Du unterstützt das Support Team im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
Je nach Schwerpunkt und Interesse setzt du einen Schwerpunkt auf bestimmte Themen wie z.B. IT-Security

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung größerer IT-Infrastrukturumgebungen
Starke Kenntnisse im Windows Enterprise Umfeld (AD, DHCP, DNS) inkl. Server Knowhow
Fundierte Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Netzwerkverständnis
Großes Plus: Erfahrung mit VMware Horizon als VDI und Cisco Security Lösungen
Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Eigenverantwortung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
