Dein Einstieg:
Nach einem strukturierten Onboarding(inkl. Einschulung und Team-Integration) in Linz übernimmst du rasch Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten – dein Arbeitsstandort wird dann in Wien.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du steuerst Kundenprojekte von Anfang bis Ende: Du erhebst Anforderungen, analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und setzt ERP-Lösungen eigenständig um
- Du wirst zum Coach für die Kunden: Du schulst Anwender:innen nach der Einführung der ERP-Systeme und begleitest sie bei der Nutzung
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Bestandskunden: Als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in betreust du Kunden langfristig
