Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Equipment
Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen (z. B. Active Directory)
Technische Unterstützung für Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen
Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Rollouts

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 und Microsoft 365
Basisverständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen (Server, Netzwerk, Peripheriegeräte)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
