In dieser Rolle übernimmst du den Lead des aktuell 4-köpfigen Teams aus Software- und ML-Engineers und bist maßgeblich für den Aufbau des Teams & Produktes (mit)verantwortlich.
- Evaluierungen & Entscheidungen in Hinblick auf Architektur, Design & Technologien
- Technisches Produktmanagement & Umsetzung der technischen Roadmap
- Verantwortung für Softwarearchitektur & -qualität & Mitarbeit im operativen Coding (ca. 60-80% zu Beginn, Anteil abnehmend z.B. in Richtung Projektleitung) im .NET / Azure / Python Stack
- Fachliche Führung & Coaching der Teammitglieder
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen & externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Forschungs- & Implementierungspartner)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Informatik, o.Ä.
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Full Stack / Backend Fokus in Hochsprachen wie C# oder Java
