Leitung eines Teams von 13 Mitarbeitenden, einschließlich Verantwortung für die lokale Lagerverwaltung und jährliche Inventur.
Steuerung der gesamten Auftragsabwicklung: von der Auftragserfassung über die Materialdisposition bis zur Rechnungsstellung und Auslieferung.
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Pflege der Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen.
Verantwortung für Zollabwicklungen, Intrastat-Meldungen und Recycling-Koordinierung.
Analyse von Lieferantenbewertungen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungsprojekten.

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Affinität für elektrotechnische Produkte
Know-how im Bereich Customer Service und Disposition sowie
Ausgezeichnet betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und Verständnis für Logistikprozesse
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition wünschenswert
Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Fundierte MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
