- Mitarbeiterführung (bestehend aus Steuerberater:innen, Berufsanwärter:innen, (Bilanz-)Buchhalter:innen, Personalverrechner:innen)
- fachliche interne und externe Ansprechperson sowie Unterstützung bei komplexen Sachverhalten oder Bilanzgesprächen
- ausgewählte Mandatsleitung und Durchführung von Jahresabschlüssen/Steuererklärungen
- Organisations- und Teamentwicklung (Gesamtkonzepte für fachliches Onboarding, Schulungen, Auftragskoordination)
- regelmäßige Qualitätssicherung und konstruktiver Austausch mit den Geschäftsführer:innen
- hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Verlässlichkeit
- Freude am Gestalten und Einbringen von Ideen
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung
- abgeschlossene (oder kurz vor Abschluss befindliche) Steuerberaterprüfung
