Unser Auftraggeber, ein renommiertes Beratungsunternehmen, das sich auf die digitale Steuerung von Unternehmen spezialisiert hat, blickt auf eine lange Historie voller Erfahrung und Fachkenntnis zurück. Das Unternehmen bietet Beratungsdienstleistungen an, die Kunden dabei unterstützen, innovative Ansätze in den Bereichen Planung, Daten- und Analytik sowie fortgeschrittene Analyseverfahren zu finden und umzusetzen.

In dieser Schnittstellenfunktion bist du in Alleinverantwortung für die Marketing Agenden zuständig und unterstützt administrativ im Sales-Bereich. In enger Abstimmung mit dem Management verantwortest du folgende Bereiche:

Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Inhalte für offline und online Kanäle (Webseite, LinkedIn, Broschüren, Unterlagen)
Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Organisation von telefonischen Kundenterminen, Unterlagen und der Nachbereitung
Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Messen und Events
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, um diese administrativ zu unterstützen

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Rollen im Marketing oder Assistenzbereich mit Fokus auf Content Erstellung
Relevanter als deine Ausbildung ist deine Leidenschaft zu texten und die Bereitschaft, in verschiedenen Bereichen mitzuwirken
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint sind wünschenswert
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten runden dein Profil ab
