Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für den Kundensupport:
- Telefonische First-Level Supporttätigkeiten
- Call Annahme und Eröffnung von Tickets im Kundentickettool
- Alternativ vor Ort Field support beim Kunden
- Rückfragen beim Kunden stellen, wenn unvollständige Informationen vorliegen
- Direkte Lösung von 1st Level Tickets ohne Weitergabe an 2nd Level
- Weiterleitung der Tickets an die jeweiligen 2nd Level Pools je nach Art der Störung, oder des Requests
- Rotation innerhalb des Teams, um die Ticketerfassung und -bearbeitung zu gewährleisten
- IT-Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support im 1st oder 2nd Level
- MUST-HAVE: ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie ausgezeichnete Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Französisch, Italienisch, Portugiesisch oder Spanisch
