In dieser vielseitigen Position unterstützt du bei bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung verschiedenster Aufgaben, stehst dabei im engen Austausch mit Vorgesetzten und nimmst an Meetings teil. Du behältst Termine und Fristen im Blick, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss und behältst auch in herausfordernden Phasen den Überblick. Dringende Themen erkennst du eigenständig, setzt Prioritäten und bearbeitest diese strukturiert und zuverlässig. Zudem übernimmst du organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten, bereitest Unterlagen sowie Präsentationen vor und besuchst gegebenenfalls Standorte vor Ort - und trägst somit aktiv zum erfolgreichen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts bei.

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, oÄ)
Berufserfahrung in administrativ-kaufmännischen Funktionen (Backoffice, Assistenz, oÄ)
Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. PowerPoint und Excel) sowie hohe IT- und Zahlen-Affinität
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Interesse an KI-Tools und die damit einhergehenden Möglichkeiten, praktische Erfahrung von Vorteil
