Als Teil des bunten und dynamischen Service Center Teams arbeitest du schnittstellenübergreifend mit allen Abteilungen des Unternehmens zusammen und kannst dich auf einen abwechslungsreichen Alltag mit folgenden Aufgaben freuen:
- Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen im First Level Support in Deutsch und Englisch
- Freundliche und verlässliche Beratung bei allgemeinen Mautanfragen sowie Änderung und Pflege ihrer Daten im SAP System
- Aufnahme, Dokumentation und Aufbereitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen
- Betreuung der Kund:innen hinsichtlich ihrer Beschwerden - hier bewahrst du einen kühlen Kopf und bleibst professionell
Als kommunikative:r Teamplayer:in mit hoher Lernbereitschaft und Proaktivität bringst du folgendes mit:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bzw. im direkten Kund:innen Kontakt (bspw. Verkauf im Einzelhandel, Gastronomie)
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (vorwiegend untertags)
