- Auftragsverwaltung und Rechnungsstellung für die Regionen Rumänien und Bulgarien
- Verwaltung der Produktkontingente und Organisation der Transportabwicklung
- Bearbeitung von Rechnungskorrektoren für Kunden sowie Prüfung und Versand relevanter Dokumente
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs in den Ländern im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen, speziell bei Kalkulationen
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, dem Lager in Polen sowie internen Teams in Logistik, Finanz und den lokalen Büros
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (R/3 oder HANA) sind erforderlich
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Sehr gutes Englisch, sowie den Mut, dieses im Alltag zu verwenden und gute Deutschkenntnisse
