- Du erstellst eigenständig Angebote für Reparaturen, Ersatzteile und Services
- In direktem Austausch mit Kunden und Vertriebspartnern kümmerst du dich zeitnah und kompetent um ihre Anfragen
- Du prüfst Angebote, Kostenvoranschläge und Aufträge sorgfältig und behältst stets den Überblick, um eine reibungslose Bearbeitung sicherzustellen
- Du pflegst alle relevanten Daten zu Artikeln und Preisen zuverlässig im ERP-System
- Vom Eintreffen retournierter Geräte bis hin zur Weitergabe an Produktion und Abrechnung: Du koordinierst die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle stehst du in engem Austausch mit Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Sales, Produktion und F&E
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, bevorzugt HTL für Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im (technischen) Vertriebsinnendienst
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
