Bei unserem Auftraggeber können Sie sich in folgenden Tätigkeiten entfalten:
- Durchführung der Darlehensbuchhaltung und des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Abwicklung von Ausschreibungen sowie Kontrolle von Finanzierungsverträgen
- Erstellung und Nachbereitung von Projektkalkulationen im gemeinnützigen Wohnbau inkl. Annuitäten- und Bauendabrechnungen nach WGG
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (z. B. Auswertungen)
- Optimierung bestehender Excel-Tools und interner Prozesse
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen (z. B. Neubauabteilung) sowie externen Stakeholdern (z. B. Banken, Behörden, Wirtschaftsprüfung)
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (kaufmännische Lehre, HAK, HLW, HAS, o. Ä.)
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (z. B. Finanzierung, Bankwesen, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Controlling)
- Ausgezeichnete Excel-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Engagement und Teamgeist
- Langfristige Perspektive in einem stabilen und sinnstiftenden Unternehmen
