Eingegliedert in das 8-köpfige Team "Network & Security" sind Sie schwerpunktmäßig für das Operating im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb verantwortlich. Dabei werden die folgenden Aufgaben auf Sie zukommen:
- Analyse und Umsetzung von Konfigurationsanforderungen im Firewall-Bereich
- Implementierung und laufendes Monitoring der Security-Lösungen (Schwerpunkt: Firewall-Systeme)
- Fallweise Tätigkeiten im Netzwerkbereich wie bspw. Segmentierungen (Fokus: WAN)
- Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Netwok & Security
- Troubleshooting (2nd Level Support) und Schnittstelle zu externen Partnern bzw. Herstellern
Da es sich vorrangig um sensible Kundendaten handelt, steht bei dieser Position ein augeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke sowie ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch im Vordergrund. Dazu sollten noch die folgenden Anforderungen erfüllt werden:
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre/HTL/Studium)
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (bevorzugt bei einem IT-Dienstleister)
- Fundiertes Know-how im Bereich von NextGen Firewall-Systemen idealerweise von Checkpoint
- Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich (VPN, WAN, Load Balancing, Hochverfügbarkeit, etc.)
