- Verantwortung für die termingerechte Erstellung und Versandbereitschaft von Mailings unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Datenschutzbestimmungen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Personalisierung und Automatisierung der Formate
- Laufende Kommunikation mit internen Fachbereichen sowie Agenturen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Newsletter-Marketing inhouse oder im Agenturumfeld
- Praxis in der Anwendung von Newsletter-Tools (inkl. Template-Erstellung und Durchführung von Testings)
- Kenntnis der datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen für den Umgang mit personalisierten Formaten
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
