Bei unserem Auftraggeber, dessen Kerngeschäft die Personalverrechnung externer Kund:innen darstellt, sind Sie der Star! Dabei wird den Mitarbeiter:innen Flexibilität, Weiterentwicklung und Wertschätzung geboten. Eingebettet in ein Team, in dem gegenseitige Unterstützung groß geschrieben wird, haben Sie folgende Aufgaben inne:
- Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenstammes
- Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung nach unterschiedlichen Kollektivverträgen
- Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen zu sämtlichen abrechnungsrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Melde- und Berichtswesen (Austausch mit Behörden und Ämtern)
- Erstellung diverser Auswertungen und Statistiken sowie Stammdatenpflege
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung
- abgelegte Personalverrechnungsprüfung
- sehr gute MS Office Skills
- ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
- Gewissenhaftigkeit, Hands-on Mentalität, Belastbarkeit
- Voll- oder Teilzeit ab 30 Stunden/Woche möglich
- äußerst flexible Arbeitsbedingungen (Gleitzeit, bis zu 3 Tage Homeoffice/Woche)
