Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Analyse und Erhebung von Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern
- Erstellung und Priorisierung von User Storys sowie Spezifikation neuer Features
- Planung und Begleitung der Sprints in enger Abstimmung mit dem Scrum-Team
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Projektstruktur (Zeit- & Budgetplanung)
- Visualisierung von Anforderungen, Prozessen und Lösungen
Damit du in dieser Rolle erfolgreich bist, bringst du mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. HTL, Studium Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik o. Ä.)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Requirements Engineer – idealerweise in verschiedenen Branchen
- Ein Grundverständnis oder Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung von Vorteil
- Know-how und Praxiserfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
- Sehr gute Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Unternehmenssprache Englisch)
