Verantwortung der Entwicklung zukunftsweisender Brandmeldesysteme – von der ersten Idee bis zum marktreifen Produkt.
Identifizierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und enge Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und dem Entwicklungsteam.
Definition der Priorisierung des Product Backlogs und Steuerung der Umsetzung in agilen Sprints.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Hardware-, Software- und Embedded-Entwicklung.
Du behältst den Überblick über Zeitpläne, Qualität und Meilensteine – und sorgst für erfolgreiche Releases.
Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerber, um neue Produktpotenziale frühzeitig zu erkennen.
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Produktdokumentationen, Trainingsunterlagen und Marketing-Content.

Neben deiner Erfahrung als Product Owner oder im entwicklungsnahen Produktmanagement inkl. Requirements Engineering - idealerweise im Bereich von sicherheitsrelevanten Systemen - bringt du noch mit:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Informatik
Know-how und Praxiserfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen (SCRUM, SAFe) sowie mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence von Vorteil
Technisches Interesse für Brandmeldesysteme, Embedded Software, Kommunikationsprotokolle und Normen
Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen, vorwiegend im DACH-Raum
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
