Im schnelllebigen Alltag behältst du den Überblick und bist der "Fels in der Brandung" für dein Team:

Unterstützung von Projektmanagern und Projektteams
Dokumentenhandling, wie Ablage von Dokumenten und Verträgen
Verfolgung des Status und Erstellung von Statuslisten von Dokumenten
Meldung und Verfolgung von Vorfällen im Zusammenhang mit dem Dokumentenhandling-Tool
Aktive Beteiligung am Verbesserungsprozess für Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Assistent:innen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK/HLW/HTL etc.)
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie kommunikative Persönlichkeit
Blick fürs Detail sowie genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
