Sie werden zur Schlüsselperson bei der Einführung und Umsetzung der IRIS-Norm (ISO 22163) im Unternehmen. Gemeinsam mit dem Qualitätsleiter und der Geschäftsführung sorgen Sie für eine erfolgreiche Zertifizierung des Unternehmens.

Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick:

Steuerung und operative Begleitung des IRIS-Zertifizierungsprojekts
Unterstützung der Teamleiter bei normkonformer Prozessdokumentation und Umsetzung
Mitwirkung bei internen Audits sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen
Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege relevanter QM-Dokumente (z. B. Risikoanalysen, Kennzahlen, Schulungsunterlagen)

Technische Ausbildung oder fundiertes technisches Verständnis
Ausbildungen und Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement – mit Schwerpunkt auf interne Abläufe und Prozessmanagement
Erfahrung mit der IRIS-Norm (ISO 22163) oder VDA Norm – z. B. aus Einführung, Auditvorbereitung oder Prozessverantwortung
Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Umsetzungsstärke
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
